SRP 45 spreader: what is it?
The telescopic 20 to 40 ft spreader of the Fantuzzi CS45 and RS 50-55 specification tables, rotating from -95 to +185 degrees, according to those tables, as HIT SRL's technical desk reads it. The same tables give a side shift of plus or minus 800 mm and a lateral oscillation of plus or minus 3 degrees, as recorded by the HIT SRL technical desk. They list it for the KC, KM, KL, KS and KE versions of the CS45, according to those tables.

SRP 45 spreader: which heading do the RS 55 and CS 7.5 maintenance tables use for its jobs?
The heading SRP45SS, according to the maintenance tables of the RS 55 and of the CS 7.5, as logged by the HIT SRL technical desk. Both tables give a function check every 10 hours, greasing and twistlock checks every 100 hours, runner and shuttle inspection at 250 hours, reduction unit oil level every 50 hours, oil change at 500 hours and twistlock replacement at 6,000 hours.

SRP 45L spreader: how is it built?
In fully welded steel, with extending beams driven by hydraulic cylinders inside the extensions and the heads that house the lock-on mechanism welded to the beam ends, according to the 2013 CS 45 KM maintenance manual, as recorded at HIT SRL. The telescopic arms run in the centre beam on low-friction runners in its lower and upper part, according to the same manual, as logged by the HIT SRL technical desk. The manual adds floating hydraulic twistlocks and a twistlock feeler that mechanically prevents twistlock movement if the container is not perfectly fastened.
