Fantuzzi CS45: what kind of machine is it?
The Fantuzzi CS45 is a reach stacker: that is the machine type given in the identification data of the 2012 edition of the CS 45 KM manual, as HIT SRL's technical desk reads it. The 2013 operator's manual of the CS 45 KM describes it as an arm truck for lifting heavy loads, as logged by the HIT SRL technical desk. According to the same manual, it is used for the combined transport of containers from railway wagons to road vehicles, as recorded by the HIT SRL technical desk.

Fantuzzi CS45: what do the variant letters KM, KC, KS, KL and KE mean?
The manuals do not explain the letters KM, KC, KS, KL and KE: their specification tables show where the variants differ, for example in empty weight, tank capacities, wheelbase and tyre size, as HIT SRL's technical desk reads it. HIT SRL service technicians report that the letters are commercial designations, not technical configurations, and do not encode the engine or the transmission of the machine.
